Please add me to the complaint. I am a member of Parler and I am angry because they were expelled from their server for political reasons. I went to Parler because I was tired of being reprimanded on Facebook and Twitter for supporting this country, our president and our freedoms. I fear that the media giants will give up our rights to express our opinions and concerns. That`s how it should be. Very unconstitutional and they don`t care. Please add me. I became a Talk user because Facebook is a joke!! I think it was very unfair and wrong for Amazon to shut down Parler. I am a living room user. I joined Facebook at the time of the power outage. I was forced to go back to the face book to socialize, where, of course, everything is censored, according to Parler, Twitter has become “a technological bully marching on our freedoms to advance their agenda-driven narrative.” Parler claims that its platform, on the other hand, “offers social media freedom of expression that focuses on protecting users` rights.” “Talking was advised. AWS was not convinced that Parler could properly monitor its platform in terms of content that encourages or incites violence against others,” the user class action statement said.
“However. One of the trendiest tweets in the social media app Twitter was “Hang Mike Pence” and it appears that AWS took no action against Twitter, did not intend to take action, and did not threaten to suspend the Twitter account. “I also used Parler. They did not have the legal authority to remove it. Please add me too In fact, The Talk Terms of Service and Community Rules prohibit several forms of First Amendment-protected speech. And it reserves the right to “remove content and terminate your access” to the platform “at any time and for any reason or no reason.” Please include me in this complaint. I had started USING TALK, when it stopped, I deleted the app from my phone. Then I heard that it is used on another platform or whatever you call it, but I can`t recover the app from Google Play. The lawsuit ends with AWS “respectfully” asking the court to dismiss Parler`s request because it does not meet the “exceptionally high standard” for issuing an injunction. Amazon was completely wrong when it shut down Parlor. I was and will always be a member of Parlor. Count me in this trial because they don`t have the right to stop free speech in America.
Please add me. I was a user of Parler. I never thought I`d see the censorship we`re seeing right now. There are obviously two different standards – one for the Liberals and the other completely biased for the Conservatives. On January 8, 2021, AWS raised its concerns with Parler about user content that encouraged violence. Parler approached them, and then AWS said it was “OK” with Parler. Add me. Joined Parler to relive freedom of expression. But the big dogs excluded me again. Add to me that I started using Parler when Facebook started censoring and “checking” me.
On Parler, you had freedom of expression and everyone switched to Parler, where freedom of expression was allowed and your opinions were not verified for the facts, but the violence or anything violent was contrary to their contract of use. Big tech companies just want to stop everything they perceive as competition, which they`ve been doing for years. Amazon claims to help small businesses and other businesses, but the second company starts making a lot of money, Amazon will sell the same product for much less money and push the other company into bankruptcy, and after destroying that company and no longer having competition, they raise their prices much higher. It`s despicable and I stopped using Amazon some time ago because Jeff Bezos is just mean. But in the attached email as evidence of the lawsuit — literally Exhibit A — Amazon makes it clear that the problems have been going on for some time (emphasis added): I want to be included in the group on this lawsuit. “This means that every interactive website owner is held responsible for moderating comments, live streams, videos, and images that their users upload or share. I, too, have been using Parler since Facebook removed my gun and Second Amendment support groups. Censoring a particular group for not following your story is appalling” Like AWS/Amazon, Twitter, Google, and Facebook, the talking business model has helped generate ad revenue without the user oversight needed to target ads to users based on personal information collected by the platform – a feature that is very appealing to many users and, so to advertisers who are trying to reach them,” the lawsuit says.
All Parler had to do was inactive AWS terms of service that they didn`t have, so AWS started them as you behave like a crying baby, too sad to tell them all the domestic terrorists that you don`t have the right to force a private company to do something they don`t want Facebook to be free to use anything, what you need to do is to devastate the rules if you don`t do this and get kicked, it takes away your freedom of speech You can still say whatever you want, but not on Facebook talk was started because they rented servers to AWS and not the rules broke their domestic terrorists are sure to be stupid Please add me to this lawsuit. I believe what Amazon Web Services did was wrong; and was a violation of my civil rights. “Absolute freedom of expression on a commercial platform is clearly more difficult than we think. Talking shows that one way to plug the leak is with your users` money,” wrote Wolf Lawyer, a Twitter user, who first flagged Parler`s compensation clause. Google removed Parler from its Google Play App Store in January. 8, and Apple followed suit on January 9, both for reasons similar to AWS — that Parler would not have taken reasonable steps to counter a growing trend of its users posting content that encourages or incites violence. The top five plaintiffs say they were active subscribers and users of Parler and are part of the “overwhelming majority” who have “decent, law-abiding people.” who have not engaged in any type of abusive, violent or hateful speech of any kind. No, absolutely not! All lawyers involved should be excluded. They do NOT support a platform that promotes betrayal. .
